  • Classes range from 60-minutes to 75-minutes up to 90-minute classes

  • IT DOESN’T MATTER!

  • Every class works with props, supporting every posture with stability, foundation and expansion guiding you safely in and out the postures. Please bring any props that you may have, a yoga strap (or a dresser belt), 2 yoga blocks (or books), and a blanket (or towel).

  • Purchase a single class at the time or purchase group class passes and save!

MINDFULNESS MEDITATION

This practice is taught only through the Receptive Class, with a combination of other practices, see below for details

RECEPTIVE CLASS

This is a slow and gentle paced flow designed to balance your physical and mental strength, finding long-lasting stability, clarity and mobility.

The class combines yoga for back care, pranayama (breath meditation), mindfulness meditation and restorative practices expanding your capacity to move, breathe, and finding balance within yourself.

 

YOGA IS FOR EVERYONE

When online it is up to the individual to assess whether they are ready for the class that they have chosen. If you suffer from a specific injury or are managing a condition it is your responsibility to consider whether or not this practice is right for you at this time. The practitioner takes agency for its body and practice.
